The models and algorithms were developed on the basis of scientific findings at the Coaching Center Berlin and evaluated over a period of 15 years in business coaching. The models form the framework of the Integral Business Coach training, which is certified by ICF and DBVC.
Which factors influence wishes and goals? What controls affection and dislike, thoughts, feelings, motivation and decision-making processes? How do perception processes work and how do they align themselves? What do people basically strive for and what makes a meaningful and fulfilled existence today, in the age of digitalization?

The Seven Fields Model of Human Development
The structures and dynamics that determine the life of an individual as well as groups and societies, are shaped by individual and environmental factors that influence each other interactively.
Development is therefore complex in its character. The possibilities to foresee and plan what will be thought, felt, known and done in the future are therefore limited. The VUCA conditions of the 21st century further reinforce the unpredictability of development.
At the same time, there is an increasing number of valid insights into the human psyche and neurobiology, which make it possible to better understand and shape developments of individuals and groups. Interdisciplinary research fields such as Developmental Science and Behavioral Science, which include neurobiological, psychological, sociological and system-theoretical disciplines, constantly make significant contributions.
Psychology and developmental sciences have conducted research on various structural components of the human psyche. The most important can be grouped into seven fields:
- Concepts and beliefs
- Individual self in different phases of life and stages of development
- Target system and psycho-neurobiological situation
The Integral Development approach that is implemented on the platform uses these categories in the Seven Fields of Development model.
A number of essential questions can be answered with the help of this systematic approach. Which values play a role in important decisions and conflicts? What do self-image, life phase, life story and development stage say about the next career phase?
Which patterns, beliefs and constructs influence how a team works together?
The respective personality structure, classifiable according to taxonomies such as the Big Five, the MBTI type, interest profile, motive profile and temperament determine personal interaction and development.
Not only the psyche plays a role, but also neurobiology. What biological-psychological resources and skills are needed to complete a task and achieve a certain goal in life? How are these currently developed? How can resources be further developed?
The Seven Development Fields represent a map with which employees and coaches can orient themselves in the complex environment of a development process.
Context-related applications such as Living Organisation, KAIROS career coaching, Integral Health Coaching make use of the model in the way of providing instruments, defining development content and structuring data.
Holistic Model Architecture
The model of the Seven Fields shows that the individual, characterized by the contents of the seven fields, is embedded in and interacts with an environment of social relations, organization and society (outer circles and additional fields of the IDP).
Use of the Model Framework on the Platform
The combination of the models with a data repository, AI and machine learning provides an intelligently operating system that supports employees and coaches in a way that wasn’t available up until today.

The data is obtained from the documented coaching process, from video, text and speech analysis, feedback processes, the results of personalized questionnaires and optionally in the form of neurobiological data using integrated body monitors.

Through machine learning, information on personality, stress values and goal achievement can be better and better linked with successful strategies and methods of competence development and behavioral change.
The experience and intuition of the coaching team and the knowledge of the employees are combined with machine intelligence.
